The following Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services and products offered by PartsDepot. By accessing or using our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our products.

By placing an order with PartsDepot, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms may be updated from time to time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

2. Product Information
PartsDepot strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by PartsDepot is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in accordance with our return policy.

3. Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices may vary based on market conditions, availability, and other factors. PartsDepot reserves the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

4. Payment Terms
Payment for products must be made at the time of order. We accept various forms of payment, which will be specified at the time of checkout. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Shipping and Delivery
PartsDepot will make reasonable efforts to ship products in a timely manner. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and other factors.

6. Returns and Refunds
Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days of receiving the item. Some items that are final sale or clearance are not returnable. Helmets are considered final sale and due to safety reasons are not returnable. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

7. Limitation of Liability
PartsDepot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall PartsDepot's total liability exceed the amount paid for the product.

8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PartsDepot operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms
PartsDepot reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our products after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
