Ordering
What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is on customer behalf.
If I order a larger item will I be charged extra?
Varying on item weight, there will be an additional charge for shipment. However, We will contact prior to shipping.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
How is Holiday Shipping Affected?
We do ask to be mindful when you're ordering products. We cannot guarantee every package will arrive on time for Christmas. Transit times will vary on shipping location.
If you're not sure your package will arrive before Christmas- before you place your order reach out to us and we'll gladly give you an estimated* time.
*REMINDER* once the package has left our facility we cannot alter the package details and/or determine any unforeseen delays. Please contact the courier service.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship overseas?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship overseas. We only ship within Canada.
Do Packages Require a Signature?
Absolutely! Every package that is sent out from our facility has a tracking number attached and signature is required at time of delivery. We want to ensure our customers receive their package(s)!
Will I be charged additional for further shipping?
We may reach out in regards to an additional shipping payment if the shipping quote seems dramatically higher than our flat rate. We will reach out prior to an additional charge.
How does an exchange work?
It would work very similarly to a return! Once the exchange has been approved, we will send a new invoice with your new item(s) desired. Once we receive a tracking number for returning items, your exchanging products will be shipped out!
